1. Can I use Medisave for orthopaedic or spine treatments?
Yes. Selected procedures may be Medisave claimable in accordance with MOH regulations.
2. Is the clinic on any insurance panels?
Yes. We are on the panel of major insurance providers.
3. How do I know if my insurance covers my treatment?
Coverage depends on your policy. Our staff can assist in checking with your insurer and explaining available options before treatment.
4. What if I am not covered by insurance?
If you are not covered by insurance, Dr. Mash and the clinic staff will do their best to assist you and provide options to help manage the clinic fees.
5. Can I see Dr Mash and use any personal accident insurance for claim?
Most personal accident insurances are done via a pay and claim basis. Dr Mash can see you, do the necessary investigations and prescribe the appropriate treatment after which he can write a memo for you regarding the nature of the accident which you can submit to your insurer.
6. Can I claim using travel insurance
Travel insurance claims are usually done via a pay and claim basis. Similar to personal accident insurances, Dr Mash can write a memo for you to submit to your insurance company after treatment.
